Are you actually ready for when the stock market flips from risk on to risk off. I have never been more sure that we are headed into a risk off environment in the stock market in the very near future. I know this from countless hours of research (not just by me) but also by award winning research papers, CFA’s, CMT’s, and various charts, signals, and indicators I look at on a daily basis.
This does not mean a stock market crash is going to happen! or a collapse, or a correction! However as I point out in this daily stock market brief, many of the signals I use are all pointing to a risk off environment very very soon.
What does this mean to a beginner investor or day trader? It simply means that you need to be aware and stay alert! Have your stop losses ready, maybe do not buy the very first dip you see and wait for a major area of support.
The stock market does have the potential to continue to make all time highers again and again. Just know that when things go vertical without a moment of consolidation, or correction, the crash can be bigger than anticipated as witnessed various times throughout history.
